we are looking for Sales Officer ABM (Home Loans LAP) who Will be responsible for sourcing business from eligible customer profiles as per organization policy.Identification of the right customer, ability to understand customers’ needs, explain various products and convince them about the product offerings.Should be able to manage overall responsibilities including identifying new business markets and recording customer requirements.Resolving Customer issues and queries.Maintaining customer relationships and cross-selling to existing customers.Should have team handling experience.Meeting business and revenue budgets.Managing channel partners, generating business volumes, attending business leads, and realizing builder tie-ups.Monthly reporting of proposals pending processing and other issues.Handling market-related work pertaining to deposit mobilization, appointing new brokers, and liaison with the network.Tracking broker commissions for raised deposits through information from Accounts In charge and assisting later in the same.Any other work is given by Incumbent In-charge from time to time.CompetenciesHigh-energy professional with strong selling skills.Strong leadership, mentoring, and developing a direct team by, managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and building of an effective team dynamic.Technical functional expertise.A collaborative and flexible style, with a strong customer service outlook.job location: YAMUNA NAGER, PINJORE, PANIPAT, KURUKSHETRA, KARNAL.DROP YOUR RESUME AT : hr@rojgarconnection.com or call 8302555313This job is provided by Shine.com
