We are urgently looking for Technical Sales Executive who can join intermediately with us and has excellent communication skills.*

If you are interested, please come for face to face interview on Tuesday & Wednesday( i.e 20th & 21st July).

Interview Timings: 11:30PM to 4:00PM

Y the Wait is all about evolving the hospitality service experience. It serves to eliminate all inconveniences that customer experience while placing Dine-in, take away or a homedelivery order. YTW is a digital waiter application which works globally. It give a chance to spend less time searching for the menu as it displays the digital menu of a restaurant on customers’ smartphone when they scan the QR code on restaurant’s table.

YTW headquarters is in Netherlands and has branches in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and in Mohali, Punjab. Our applications is available for IOS and Android both.

Location : Mohali

Job purpose:

1. To effectively handle telephone requests by processing the information and welcome the clients to register their business with on our platform

2. To call client and request them for required documents and update accordingly to the portal.

Key tasks / responsibilities:

- To behave in a respectful manner at all times whilst in the Contact Center.

- To handle calls in a consistently polite, professional and efficient manner.

- To have an understanding of the significance of customer service and adhere to high standards at all times.

- To Call restaurant owners welcome them for registering their business with us and

- give them log in information help them to create credentials request them for documents.

To call customers back to inform them the status of their restaurant.

- When there are service issues regarding restaurant status, to follow the procedures and

- practices in place to resolve the problem.

- To attain the service levels set by your Team Leader.

- To answer customer queries and escalate them to a Team Leader

To recognize the importance of flexibility regarding breaks, thus ensuring service levels are not affected at any time during the shift.

- To take a pro-active approach towards suggesting improvements to working practices.

- To demonstrate a commitment towards your own continuous personal development.
