Job Overview:We are seeking a talented and motivated Channel Partner Sourcing Specialist for South Mumbai to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our network of channel partners of South Mumbai and driving business growth. This position involves identifying, recruiting, and nurturing relationships with channel partners who can contribute to the success of our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and Evaluate Prospective Partners:

· Research and identify potential channel partners in South Mumbai, Mumbai and Navi Mumbaiin the real estate industry.

· Evaluate partners based on their market reach, credibility, and alignment with our brand values.

2. Recruitment and Onboarding:

· Engage with potential partners to communicate our value proposition and benefits of collaboration.

· Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring partners are well-versed in our offerings and processes.

3. Relationship Building:

· Cultivate strong relationships with South Mumbai channel partners to foster collaboration and mutual success.

· Provide ongoing support and act as the main point of contact for partner inquiries.

4. Performance Monitoring:

· Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of channel partners.

· Regularly monitor and evaluate partner performance, providing constructive feedback and support.

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

· Work closely with sales, marketing, and project management teams to ensure seamless collaboration with channel partners.

· Communicate partner insights and market trends to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience in channel partner management, preferably in the real estate industry.

· Strong understanding of real estate market trends and dynamics.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships.
