Job Description:

• Establish trusted relationships with internal and customer technical teams and stakeholders
• Lead complex functional discussions with clients, clearly articulate options, benefits and recommendations
• Work with customers and product managers to understand the business vision, needs, problems and translate that into solutions
• Participate in pre-sales conversations and help create SOW and proposal presentation
• Document and present design to stakeholders
• Establish best practices and present findings to internal and external teams
• Mentor junior team members
• Be a good team player
• Help MST hire the best talent by participating in MST hiring process
• Qualifications: Bachelors degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of hands-on development experience in Saleforce.com platform
• 2+ years of experience on the Lightning Platform with at least one of those in a lead architect role, implementing Salesforce applications and technologies
• Have completed Salesforce.com Advanced Developer/Platform Developer certification
• Has held an architect role on multiple complex deployments, OR has gained equivalent knowledge through participation and exposure to these types of projects
• Experience guiding a team on the appropriate use of platform technology
• Identify and mitigate risks across the architecture
• Awareness of platform-specific design patterns and limits
• Understanding of and ability to architect a solution to address security complexities, mechanisms, and capabilities on the Lightning Platform as part of a functional security model
• Understanding of data migration considerations, design trade-offs, and common ETL tools
• Awareness of general mobile solutions and architecture and understanding of on-platform mobile solutions and considerations
• Experience with project and development lifecycle methodologies
• Knowledge and experience with Agile best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have 3+ years of hands-on development experience in Saleforce.com platform
• Excellent understanding of technologies and concepts
• Excellent understanding of software development methodologies
• Good understanding of architecture principles and integration architecture
• Ability to understand the business requirements, design and articulate the proposed solution to the clients and the team
• Ability to produce architecture artifacts for as-is and proposed solutions
• Ability to do hands-on development and train/mentor the developers to ensure delivery of quality product
• Ability to lead and manage POCs and R&D Projects.
• Work experience in technology other than Salesforce is a plus
