The Supply Chain Solutions team has an opening for a IT Manager, SCM Solutions at our Gandhinagar (India) location. This role will be responsible for managing a team of supply chain system analysts in the enhancing and maintenance of large scale supply chain solutions to support mission critical global supply chain functions.

Responsibilities:

- Manage 2nd Tier support team to ensure proper operations of the supply chain systems

- Track and analyze system issues, drive continuous improvements on solution scalability and reliability

- Partner with subject matter experts, business stakeholders to understand solution pain points, troubleshoot complex planning issues, and derive long term solutions

- Lead global key initiatives to create and enhance system solutions

- Establish process framework to monitor, execute, and deliver projects on time and with excellent quality

- Establish and sustain robust software delivery model

- Set objectives for competency development programs within Mfg IT group and steer the group up the value-chain

- Assist in creating team vision, plans, and strategies in alignment with the organization’s goals & priorities; articulate it to align the team

- Coach and develop team members. Promote synergy within team as well as with other groups in the organization to the organization’s advantage

- Liaison with various teams across the organization through regular interactions

Required Candidate profile

Job Requirements

- Must have 8+ years of experience in IT industry, of which at least 5 years in management role of an IT team with 10 or more team members

- 5+ year experience in designing, constructing, testing, and supporting complex supply chain planning solutions, such as i2/JDA, SAP APO, Adexa, Kinaxis

- Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities

- Must have strong analytical, problem solving skills

- Familiar with software development cycles and IT process standards, such as ITIL

- Must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and functional teams. Prior experience in consulting a plus

- Must be able to work flexible hours to interact with global team members across time zones

- Exposure in semiconductor industry a plus

- Willing to travel internationally when required

- Must have B.E / B.Tech or M.E / M.Tech / M.S. in Electronics & Communication, Computer
