Facilitate key people Interactions :

- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders for Sprint planning

- Chair periodic Standups. Set up clear agenda for meeting, invite relevant attendees and steer meetings towards outcomes and clear action items

- Conduct periodic retrospectives with teams including vendor partners to facilitate process improvements with healthy discussion over what went right and areas for improvement in the Sprint. Help teams implement improvement plans

- Represent your teams at scrum-of-scrums, coordinating dependencies across teams

- Take part in Release Planning & Release Backlog Refinement.

Workflow Management using Agile planning tools (e.g. JIRA)

- Backlog Grooming- Help the Product Owner and team write user stories to ensure actionable items are ready for the development team (DoR)

- Facilitate Unblocking. Keep track of impediments and ensure communication with relevant stakeholders.

- Adjusting & Aligning the Workflows to tune for a specific project and process improvements

- Set up dashboards with actionable items from Sprint planning

Setup and manage collaboration with External Vendors :

- Set up workflow and relevant permissions for external parties

- Communicate priorities/problems/opportunities and organize trainings where required

- Suggest integration approach of agile planning tools when required

- Ensure adherence to IP and Confidential information sharing. Provide guidelines where required

Reporting :

- Velocity - Articulate main roadblocks impacting velocity and support reasons using reports

- Resource Constraints - Highlight resource constraints and impact on project and support information where possible with reports

- Release Schedule - Estimate impact on release schedule factoring downstream activity

Functional Competency :

A) Required

- Track record of working on the delivery of complex consumer and/or ecommerce products and services

- Knowledge of working with JIRA, confluence and other scrum management tools (example - wrike, monday, ProjectManager, Scrumwise)

- Fine-tuned organizational skills

- Be a master of techniques to improve the efficiency of the development teams

- The ability to communicate clearly and to all levels of the organization is essential

- Proven ability to manage conflicting product priorities

B) Preferred :

- Recent scrum certification preferred

- Experience working with various software development practices (BDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Paring, Automated Testing, DevOps.

- Experience working with different Agile approaches (Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban, etc.)

- Basic Data analysis skills, SQL, Reporting tool knowledge is preferred.

Educational Qualifications :Bachelors/ Masters in any technical discipline

Additional Qualification :

- 3-5 years in project management or related role, 2+ years in an Agile development environment

- Agile Coach or other Agile Certifications (ICP-ACC, PSM I, PSM II, SAFe)

- Experience in diligently applying Agile principles, practices and theory (User stories, Story Pointing, Velocity, Burndown Metrics, Agile Games, Tasking, Retrospectives, Product Demos).

- Experience with full SW development life cycle and advocating for modern agile software development and organizational practices.
