Role Name Section Head- Safety Role Description Environment , Health & Safety Officer Role purpose To provide support to Plant Safety & Operational Team for planing & implementation of process & fire safety praparedness measures.

To provide support to Plant EHS team for planning & implementation of key Environment conservation projects and Health Assuring Initiatives Provides technical safety support to plant personnel to ensure compliance with applicable occupational safety and health regulations. Document created by Pratul Swarup Responsibilities Heads KRA (Key Result Areas) KPI (Key Performance Indicators) Safety To monitor & implement SOP’s for safety management system so as to build safe working environment by ensuring adherence to prescribed safety norms. Safety performance index Continuous Training on Safety Norms Safety audit score EHS & Fire Safety Preparedness Auditing Auditing related with EHS nd fire safety preparedness. Timeliness of EHS & Fire Safety Audits Audit Score Budget Control Review and monitoring of safety budget - plant wise and BU wise 1) Timely submission of Quick report, Mid month and MCM report

  • Monthly variance submission. Statutory and legal compliances. To fulfil the legal and statutory compliance requirement under different Act 1) Compliance plan vs. actual
  • Delay in renewal of agreement & License
