Key Purpose of Role:
Leading A Team Of Test Engineers To Ensure That Software Products Are Developed In Accordance With Requirements And Qualified To Work Reliably Exceeding Customer Expectations
Areas of Responsibility / Tasks:
Responsible For Developing And Executing Test Plans Using Technical Requirements And Design Specifications As Input, Analyzing Test Results, Performing Data Validation, Tracking Defects And Providing Regular Status.
Must Be Inquisitive And Proficient In Information Gathering
Guide team and give technical assistance, Excellent In Written And Oral Communication, Guide A Team Of Developers And Give Technical Assistance
Handling operational problems, fixing problems and identifying scopes of improvements
Document, train and support operations and project teams, sound knowledge in communication and aspects of respective domain
Highly Skilled In Using Different Techniques While Performing Testing Tasks Related To Database, Backend Processes And Front-End Applications.
Coordination Of Work With On-Site Teams
Mentoring Team Members In Technical Areas
Establish Methodologies, Standards And Procedures For Requirements Analysis, Project plan preparation, procedure development and execution, documentation of results and reporting.
Domain specific Design and Development of application
Ability to plan, manage and deliver projects on-time with the agreed quality and cost.
Ability to interact with the Global teams, Ability to work cross-functionally with both internal and external teams as well as with functional business leaders.
Expereince - 6 to 8 years
Relevant tertiary qualification - B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech, MCA
Exposre to ISO & CMMI systems and accreditation
