Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic Quality Management of the Business Support Services Business by assisting Operations to deliver high quality service to its customers.

Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with

established standards.

To lead and drive performance improvement initiatives proactively.

Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff.

Lead and mentor a team of training and quality professionals.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages continuous learning and development.

Assist in transition of new business/projects.

Required Skills

10+ years of experience in leading quality and training functions in an outsourcing business.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent knowledge of process improvement methodologies – preferably Lean, Six Sigma – Yellow/Green Belt. BB certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Additional/Preferred Skills

Experience and understanding of travel or tour operator business.

Educational Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in any field. Master’s degree is a plus.
