Assist in ensuring compliance with various laws/ acts/ statutory requirement as applicable.
Implement and monitor policies/ procedures/ agreements/ arrangements to ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to statutory compliance activities.
Assist in monitoring submission of reports/data/ records to statutory authorities.
Assist in ensuring accurate/ timely/ updated displays in branches.
Assist in handling statutory inspections/ inquiries/ requests from government/ statutory officials.
Stay updated on changes in any statutory requirements, disseminate any statutory changes as applicable and ensure implementation of the same.
Preparation of MIS/ Dashboards/ Reports for onward submission to the Management/ Board etc.
Good Communication & interpretations skills
