Job Description

We are looking for High-Performing Sales Managers to help us meet our sales revenue targets by keeping our company competitive innovative.

Key responsibilities include achieving growth hitting Sales by successfully managing the sales team.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for training, monitoring, grooming development of automobile sales manpower.
  • All new joining sales manpower will be trained under the Training Instructor as per Maruti Suzuki ARENA Training Guidelines.
  • Need to conduct tests and evaluation after each training Sessions at Dealership.
  • Tracks performance of sales manpower and handholds on improvement areas.
  • Monitors MIS and analyzes trend. Responsible for tracking achieving all MSIL ARENA scorecard and sales manpower certification parameters.

Competency Required:

  • Excellent communication skill in English.
  • Very good understanding of Automobile Industry, selling skills, automobile technology, Finance, Insurance, Registration Process and other allied services.
  • Tech savvy.
  • Ability to analyze data.
  • Ability to guide and handhold sales team.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training programs.
  • Valid car Driving License is compulsory.
