Elevate is recruiting a Senior Software Engineers to work closely with the Product Management, Engineering teams. As a member of the product development team, you will apply intermediate to advanced knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software products according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture

Duties

  • Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) or equivalent experience/capability
  • Sound knowledge of data structures
  • Excellent programming skills with good exposure to ASP.NET MVC framework and web application design and architecture
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent problem solving skills and analytical skills
  • Be organized and clearly document changes, problems, investigations and communication
  • Ability to learn new technologies and frameworks and deliver high quality work product in a fast moving Software Development Environment.
  • Thrive as a team player in a dynamic, fast moving development environment
  • Can successfully multi-task and prioritize activities to meet client expectations
  • Clearly document changes, problems, investigations and communication
  • C# and ASP.NET MVC 4 / Razor syntax / Entity Framework / HTML5, CSS, jQuery and JavaScript / T-SQL on SQL Server /Visual Studio SQL Server Management Studio

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a full stack programmer on Microsoft Technologies and more than 6+ years of overall experience
  • Expert with ASP.NET MVC, C# writing simple and elegant code
  • Experience with SQL Server, JavaScript and jQuery
  • Strong understanding of Software Algorithm Design, Software Performance Tuning, Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Development Fundamentals, Software Testing
  • Experience with Software Product Development, a quick learner of Business Logic and solving business problems by developing simple and intuitive Product features
  • Ability to analyze data and effectively report problems through written and/or graphical formats and ability to troubleshoot and develop and effective solution
  • Experience working in a global team, collaborating effectively with clear communication
  • Computer Science and Engineering graduate / post-graduate with good academic records from a top technology Institute / University
