ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Collaborate with product leaders to translate business goals into unique brand and product experiences.


Involvement in all phases of product design lifecycle including requirements gathering, user research, Information architecture, UI design and usability testing.


Manage multiple products and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail.


Present and effectively communicate how the creative vision will help achieve company objectives.


Keep up and educate the team about new or changing web and app creative trends, innovations and technologies



Desired Qualification


QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS


Min 5 years leading product design and customer experience.


Highly conceptual thinker in both visual and interaction design on mobile (iOS and android) and responsive web design


Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and UX design process


Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX and product design across all platforms


Have an entrepreneurial mentality and a spirit for innovation


Experience, expertise or background in HealthTech or Data Science related areas will be highly considered.


Startup experience highly preferred


Excellent communication skills
