  • Ensuring the steady flow of CMS & Capital Markets management services business.
  • Ensuring that client servicing is appropriate and consistently maintained at a high level.
  • Meeting agreed revenue targets for CMS & Capital Markets management business.
  • Meeting agreed targets with respect to new client acquisitions.
  • Formulating and implementing processes for specific CMS & Capital Markets transactions wherever applicable.
  • Regularly liaising with internal and external contacts to promote banks CMS & Capital Markets services business.
  • Provide necessary MIS / Management update.
People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities:
  • Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year.
  • Undertake training of the relationship teams wherever necessary to promote CMS & Capital Markets products
Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities:
  • Follows risk policy and processes to mitigate the operational, regulatory, financial, informational, and reputational and audit risks as instructed by the departmental manager.
  • Executes the established internal control systems and compiles relevant information for departmental audits, as necessary.
