Our Service Consultants/Senior Service Consultants assist in the support of production application software. This includes assisting with troubleshooting issues, customizing existing software code, writing new software code, testing and debugging modifications and ensuring appropriate documentation is generated for software code wherever necessary for OLR.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Experience of 2 to 3 years in RPAS in Production support
Should have knowledge on At-least 2 of the planning applications MFP/IP/RDF
Technical skills PLSQL, (should be able to build DB Package, functions, triggers and procedures)
Should have knowledge on UNIX and writing Shell scripting
Should have Good communication and exposure to client interactions

Should be able to Work on multiple AMS projects

Added skills on other ORACLE retail applications is added advantage.

Added skills like JAVA and other technologies is added advantage.


Education/Experience:


Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science or related field, or 2+ years of relevant experience

2+ years of Oracle Retail related experience required industry

2+ years development and/or systems integration experience preferred

Oracle Retail implementation experience, ideally for multiple implementations; previous consulting experience preferred

Demonstrated experience overseeing and advocating quality management systems, methodologies and collateral preferred
