Key Responsibilities

Hiring for a leading manufacturing company:

Adherence to plant safety procedures and ensure Zero safety incidents
Achieve the shift targets in terms of Productivity,Delivery, Quality, Safety, Cost and Environment
Identification of process bottlenecks and suggesting improvement solutions
Capability building in the technicians
Documentation updating and maintaining (IMS, department records, etc)
Resource Planning technician and contractor for routine and non-routine activities
Identifying the design Gap in TSD cycle time and Blender Cycle Time and proposing a solution for the same
Understand the equipment, products, Processes, Raw materials and roles of RMs
Understand the design capacity, operations and troubleshooting
DCS,Batch Portal and SAP operation
Getting work from operators to achieve the shift target
Coordination with relevant stakeholder groups to achieve the shift target
Identify the root cause of problems and eliminate it so that it will not repeat again.
Use problem-solving tools for operational issues.
Closure of safety observation on time
Handling ITI technicians and getting the field work executed.
Ensure strict implementation and compliance of best practices as part of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and TQM
Maintain necessary documents as part of the above system
