Job Description

Looking for self-driven & energetic business manager with strong bias for action to take the Ecommerce business to the next level.

Responsibilities

Deliver business metrics for the category viz Availability, Sales (GMV, Qty Sold) and Profitability (% operating margins). Responsible for the top line and bottom line for category

Good Vendor relations and sourcing on a marketplace and inventory led model for all Non-Mobiles categories - Computer/Audio Video/ Appliances and Accessories.

Maintain the balance between MOM growth for current sellers and ensuring seller distribution - acquiring new sellers for the category while growing business for current sellers & building local supply

Handling negotiations with key sellers for key assortment

Liaise with marketing teams, develop and execute plans to showcase the right products. Create promotions to drive revenue, margins, etc

Bring in the relevant assortment, design targeted promotions, and manage partners including sellers and brands.

Accurately forecasting trends, planning stock and monitoring performance

Checking with stock levels, Keeping stocks in control/ample pipeline/request for refills

Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through Seller/brand level monitoring of the NPS score vis-- -vis- Delivery Time, Product Quality, Wrong SKU delivered, etc.
