The Role Responsibilities
  • Work with Supply Chain stakeholders on contract data
  • Work towers identifying KRI associated to the contact master and Risk assessments.
  • Supporting SCM related data metrics for various Board Papers
  • Reporting for the eProcurement/PO data, Invoice and Contract data and Risk assessments data.
  • Good understanding of Risk assessment classifications for a 3rd party contracts
  • Present dashboards and ad hoc analyses to key stakeholders in order to increase adoption and understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers.
  • Hands on experience on Power BI or Tableau and Excel
  • Own the data quality assurance process through adoption of proper data hygiene efforts, potentially leading to services operations-certified data delivery.
  • Consult with stakeholders to define new standard reporting requirements to match up the changes in the process and technology.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Good communication and articulation skills to discuss with international stake holders.
  • Analytical skill to understand complex process and adopt ever changing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, mathematics, statistics, marketing, computer science or Engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience working in SCM, generating the reports from various tools preferable excel, Tableau or Power BI or any other tool
  • Good Excel spreadsheet skills with proven experience managing large data sets and performing analysis.
  • Keen eye to details
  • Good communication and articulation skills to discuss with international stake holders.
  • Knowledge of Ariba S2C and Risk module would be a great adventure.
