Job Description

  • Our Client is looking for Sr. Engineer Maintenance & Electrical who has a knowledge of maintenance process and system, regulatory and statutory requirement for engineering, troubleshooting, RCA and CAPA, EHS, Manpower management.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage, Ensure maintenance and utilities compliance, Recommend and Drive improvements, Generate and Monitor KPI metrics to evaluate performance
  • Computerized Maintenance Manager System (CMMS) to ensure preventive maintenance adherence.
  • Preventive and breakdown Maintenance Programs, Calibration Program
  • Spare Parts management - ensure the availability of equipment spare parts with close follow up with Stores manager and reduce related operational downtime.
  • Participate and lead in the selection of projects, process, equipment and spare parts.
  • Maintain and improve production and utilities equipment reliability.
  • Recommend new equipment purchases, and improvements modifications, or renovations of existing equipment and facilities.
  • Ensuring timely completion of Engineering and Maintenance CAPAs, deviations and investigations.
  • Support the production team in establishing required CAPAs to eliminate or reduce possibilities of event recurrence.
  • Support to plant head in development, establishment and adherence to long-range maintenance and planning goals. (center of excellence)
  • Develop and manage maintenance and utilities budget.
  • Ensure and guide projects validation during the start-up of systems and equipment of every project.
  • Monitors and ensures company compliance with regulatory standards including Electricity, WTP, STP and ETP.
  • Develop safety environment and adhere safety standard across the functions.
  • Guide and review monthly reviews and other related duties as assigned to meet departmental and Company objectives.

    • Eligibility

    • No. of years of Experience required, BE with 4-5 years and Diploma with 6+ years of experience
    • Minimum desired Qualification: BE Or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical
