Roles and Responsibilities
Continuously enrich the deliverables on learning aims of the curriculum for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
Publish regularly in journals of high impact and other quality outlets, and pursue research in frontier areas.
Develop effective collaborations with other universities and external stakeholders such as industries, organizations, professionals, and start-ups.
Create intellectual properties in the forms of patents, designs, concepts, ideas etc., and demonstrate capacity for constant engagement with learning.
Skill Sets
Amenable to change and a positive outlook to education and society.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Ability to work cohesively in a team.
Excited about creativity, design, and innovation.
Exposure to modern learning practices
Aptitude for research and development with focus on creating IP.

Academic Associate: 0 to 4 years (minimum Masters) in academics/ industry/ research with significant contribution in terms of patents/ publications/ designs/ case-studies/ product development/ system development, and like.
