JOB DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this position is to be primarily responsible for Indirect Purchasing ticketing and user admin. Responsibilities requiring advanced knowledge of administration of tickets/users. The individual will be a key contributor in overall operations of the Tradeshift platform. The Analyst will assume a wide range of responsibilities and must be flexible. This person will partner with GSS, I/T, GBS teams, and internal customers to resolve issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for new user set-up, user access issues, and ensuring up-to-date mapping of appropriate roles to users.
    • Prepare and analyze reports, requiring the selection and interpretation of data.
    • Manage Procurement Assistant within Tradeshift.
    • Review audit requirements in accordance with SOX. Fully understand controls and the requirements within the Tradeshift and SAP systems.
    • Program testing and Tradeshift enhancements/support.
    • Trouble shooting of various Purchasing functions.
    • Prepare and validate process data to ensure Indirect Purchasing is operating and functioning properly.
    • Maintain relevant controls and feedback on systems to monitor the operation of Tradeshift.
    • Address systems issues, test, and implement accordingly.
    • Write and maintain adequate documentation to support and describe current work processes.
    • Provide support within the team as needed to meet work deadlines.
    • Identify and implement process improvements.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (5+ years of combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree)
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting, systems, and purchasing experience
  • Strong computer literacy with MS Office products, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience in previous purchasing role/AP
  • Experience/comfortable working with external partners
  • Proactive—doesn’t hesitate to follow up and follows through on goals/commitments
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks— which includes ability to prioritize and communicate
  • Can hold people accountable, give clear direction with deadlines
  • Ability to identify and ensure multiple workstream are on track, follow up, and escalate as needed.
  • Experience in high volume electronic P2P processing environment.
