Role Description
Aspirant Learning Academy Pvt Ltd, located in Palghat, is looking for full-time teachers to join our team. This is a hybrid role that will require on-site work in Palghat, but we offer flexibility to work from home as well. As a teacher at our academy, you will be responsible for creating lesson plans, evaluating student progress, and communicating with parents or guardians. You will also be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students of all levels, and developing curriculum that meets state educational standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
  • Experience teaching students of all ages and backgrounds
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with remote teaching and learning management systems
  • Ability to adapt to changing curriculum and teaching methods
  • Familiarity with educational technology and software programs
  • Willingness to collaborate with other educators and administrators
  • Patience, creativity and flexibility
