As a Service engineer Team lead, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all aspects of hardware projects within the organization. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT hardware projects on time, within budget, and according to defined specifications. Your role will involve coordinating with stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to project management best practices

Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks
  • Develop project budgets, track expenses, and manage project cost
  • Monitor financial aspects of projects and report on budget status
  • Define and implement quality control processes for hardware projects.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standard

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a team lead, specifically in hardware projects
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
