Are you an experienced leader in field sales with a proven track record of successfully managing teams? Paytm is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join us as a Team Leader for our Kottayam, Changanassery location. If you have a background in the telecom, UPI, banking, or insurance sectors, we want to hear from you!

Role: Team Leader Location: Kottayam, Changanassery Kerala Salary: Up to 8 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing field sales team.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members for optimal performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Graduate in any discipline.
  • Proven experience in field sales and team management.
  • Background in telecom, UPI, banking, or insurance sectors preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive and achieve sales targets.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding goals.
