Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Specialist located in Bilaspur. The Technical Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles in a timely and efficient manner. They will diagnose issues with vehicles and provide recommendations for repairs as well as working with customers to explain necessary repairs and costs.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques
  • Experience with diagnostics and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • ASE certification or equivalent related experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in automotive technology or related field preferred
