Exp: 8-10 years; In this challenging role, you will be responsible for technical skill development of our employees and ensure the following activities. Your main Tasks and Responsibilities Conduct orientation and technical trainings Drive skill matrix process for technical skill development Drive on the job training process Assess the skillset of employees as per skill matrix Initiate and drive multiskilling and recertification of all employees Support softskills development of employees Your Profile BE or Diploma Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics with 8-10 years of experience.
