Role Purpose

Handover of manufacturing process to operations from product / material developments

Key Accountabilities
  • Take-over of manufacturing process from New Product Development
  • Execution of pilot orders of new products development as per pre-defined parameters
  • Perform process trials of new process changes and new / alternate material development
  • Documentation of per gate process
Attributes we are looking for
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to identify, assess and solve problems
  • Basic knowledge of project management
  • Expertise on MS Office tools (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
  • Basic knowledge of Lean concepts / Six Sigma tools
  • Ability to manage projects and work with cross-functional teams
Preferred Experience And Qualification

Bacherlors degree in Engineering

2-4 years experience in manufacturing
