We are searching for an engaged telemarketer to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients.

Telemarketer Requirements:

• Graduate or Post graduate can apply.

• Prior experience as a telecaller or similar.

• Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.

• Computer literate.

• Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.

• Superb verbal communication with professional tone.

• Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.

• Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.

• Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.

Responsibilities:

• Cold call people using a given phone directory.

• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.

• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.

• Persuade the customer by demonstrating the services and meet their needs.

• Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system

• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.

• Keep records of calls and record useful information.
