Hekate Automation Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to generate sales leads. You will be responsible for bringing in customers, closing deals over phone calls and maintaining a good customer relationship.
Basic skills would be to be an excellent communicator. This is needed in order to present our products and service and deal with all customer complaints and doubts.
Responsibilities:

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts Ensure all customers are responded to within 48 hours on all platforms Ensure that any written message sent to customers are grammatically correct

You will need to go through all enquiries (even if lost),
verify if all enquiries (website & digital media) have
been logged and converted. The target is a 25% conversion rate.

Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements
and close sales

Enter and update customer information in the database. Ensure that all customer information is written correctly, and all fields need to be filled. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Basic Skills:
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role .
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone Good Knowledge of Excel (Knowledge of other sales software is a plus point)
Coo-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
