Currently looking for a Tender Cell Head having 7 to 10 years of experience of producing exceptional quality tender submissions, tailored to the requirements of each individual client, producing the best possible bid for the company. To carry out research, update records and maintain detailed information as part of a busy and flexible team.
Job Detail-
Major responsibilities and function:
Estimation & Tendering:
- Having knowledge of MORTH / NHAI and RDSO Specifications
- Complete knowledge of Rate analysis and Cost statement.
- Familiar with Civil Drawings.
- Studying Tender/Bid Documents.
- Bifurcating Major Quantities in the BOQ.
- Conducting Site Survey & Collecting all relevant details.
- Collecting rates of various input raw material prices from market.
- Preparation of Technical Bid documents.
- Preparation of Rate analysis / Costing.
- Preparation of Commercial Bid.
- Preparation of pre bid queries (Technical Deviations & Commercial Deviations/ comments).
