Roles and Responsibilities

1. involves acquisition of Trade (Export / import) clients, and they maintain the relationship for 1 year

2. Requires good communication and client engagement skills

3. Requires flair for sales (Graduates with good selling skills will serve the purpose, need not be MBAs)

4. Is on incentive mode (directly linked numbers, and the incentive structure is the best in the industry)

5. Is an entry level position (Grade M1 / M2 or at best M3)

Age should be below 28 - 34 years (i.e., 2 – 6 years of experience)

Performers will have a career growth path with an opportunity to become PSM, WCG-RM, BBRM etc.,
