Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager at Shriram Life Insurance located in Koppal. The Unit Manager will be responsible for managing a team and overseeing day-to-day operations. This includes setting sales targets, developing strategies to achieve them, recruiting and training team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Unit Manager will also be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities.
