1. Complete knowledge of manpower arrangement / labour arrangement & handling

  • Understanding of all HR Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of Manpower procurement for Plastic/ Compliances / ESI/PF/Labour Law

2. Recruitment, all onboarding formalities

3. Responsible for Attendance & Payroll.

4. Candidate should have good knowledge in Excel
