Manpower requisition

  • Collect dully filled Manpower requisition form concerned department head
  • Collect and prepare their JD coordinate with department manager and Noufal

Recruitment

  • Plan the vacancy as per the instruction of noufal
  • Check with existing list for suitable candidates
  • Post vacancy list in different media based on the requirement (Social Media, Employee Referral, Campus drive, Newspaper add etc
  • Coordinate the posters and contents with creative designing team
  • Coordinate and attend candidate calls
  • Short list the candidates as per our requirements
  • Arrange all level of interview
  • Verify all required documents are collected as per check list
  • Forward the selected candidate to noufal for send offer letter
  • Send feedback to selected shortlisted or rejected candidates

On boarding

  • Remind the candidate 2 days before and inform to bring the required document s to be submitted at the time of joining
  • Check the check list and confirm all required documents are submitted
  • Hand over all HR policies, and get signed from the employee
  • Arrange 1 week training coordinate with noufal
  • Coordinate to arrange his seating, stationary, and IT related things.

Others

  • Arrange and coordinate visiting cards for employees as per requirement with least cost
  • Arrange and coordinate ID cards for employees as per requirement with least cost

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
