ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Shelter Mentors are a RERA, GST, MSME Registered and ISO 9001:2015 Certified Real Estate Consultant Company established in year 2020. We are a team of ebullient, affable, dynamic, diligent, earnest and expert mentors committed to provide customers with excellent mentoring and to empower customers to see the impossible realty and believe it can be obtained.


We are looking for a reliable accounting manager to join our team. As an Accounting Manager, you will supervise, monitor, and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities. In addition, you will be establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information


The incumbent should have worked in a fast paced environment, preferably with real estate channel partners or have managed channel partners for real estate organizations. The ideal candidates would be motivated, well-organized individuals who have a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.


Responsibilities


Plan, implement and oversee overall accounting strategy

Supervising day to day accounting and cash flows

Setting up accounting processes and coordinating with developers and branch offices

Handling & planning statutory and internal audits and coordinating with Auditors to complete audits on time.

Preparing periodical, annual and consolidated financial statements

Preparing periodical MIS and other reports

Ensuring Direct Tax compliances including TDS, tax computation, returns, etc.

Ensuring Indirect Tax compliances including GST payment, returns, etc.

Handling DT & IDT assessments, preparation of data for scrutiny, etc.


Qualifications


M Com/B Com with 5-6 years of relevant experience in Channel Partner or Real Estate Organization.

Strong knowledge and experience with accounting software and databases (Tally must)

Excellent computer skills on MS Office

Strong MIS skills & Data handling

Process orientation and analytical ability

Ability to multi task, while maintaining sharp attention to details

Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations

Critical thinker, problem-solving and time-management skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
