Position objective:
Accounts Payable Officer provide assistance for various accounting duties. They also contributed their skills in handling account payable and account receivable. Basic knowledge of accounting principles, relevant software, and excellent communication skills are necessary to work as a Accounts Payable Officer. Introduced work process that increased work productivity and received appreciation from senior members on the same. Daily job duty includes identifying discrepancies, maintaining accounting records, and take follow-up for outstanding transaction
Roles/responsibilities:
- Support team members and performs Daily duties
- Answers team members questions, helps with team members problems, and oversees team members work for quality and guideline compliance
- Communicates deadlines and goals .
- Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed transaction reports to the senior management
- To assist in the management of all accounting procedures and systems used by the organization
- Take regular follow-up for outstanding transactions
- Manage end to end process for new Suppliers addition / existing supplier amendment in Xero.
- Send a monthly report to the Managers of the newly added Suppliers, and or the Suppliers whose information has been edited.
- AP will overlook the Bank Statements and whether the Admins have reconciled the entries accurately. They will also check if the Bank Transactions, whether invoices have been uploaded for the records.
- Coordinate with Manager on challenges faced by the Admins while reconciling difficult or complicated entries
- Review bank draft prepared by team members and confirm with CFO for authorization
- Overlook assigned ledgers as per the deadline
- Ensure tasks are completed before the month ends
- Ensure task report is shared in WhatsApp Group on a daily basis
• Accomplish accounting and organization goals with Mission and Vision values
• Ensure relationship is maintained external customers at the highest standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the business and key stakeholders
• Support in ad-hoc duties as assigned by Senior team

- Decision making-The ability to make decisions around things such as scope, assessing viability of solutions etc.
- Listening & Communication Skills- The ability to communicate effectively and understand the executive as well as customer requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or any related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 year of Work Experience
- Experience on Xero .
- Highly experienced candidate for Accounting related work
