仕事内容

We are looking to expand our practice and support in our six growth priorities including digital and data, care system redesign, international, workforce, provider improvement and national programmes. New recruits will work as an integrated part of the UK team for clients from the UK market supporting on:

  • Projects can range from process assessment, financial improvement, operational improvement, digital assessment, market research, benchmarking, workforce challenges and development of insight driven solutions
  • Process consulting for healthcare clients including As-Is State Assessment, Business Process Mapping, ‘To-Be’ Operating Model and Future Roadmap design, revenue management, financial statement analysis, numerical analysis.
  • Familiar with an operational area in health provider space – at least one business area – care optimization, patient access, medical, network, revenue cycle, etc.
  • Create ‘points of view’ on various emerging healthcare topics, track healthcare regulation and develop new solution offerings for healthcare clients.
  • Support with proposal development and finalization of market leading bids
  • Good knowledge in financial, data modeling (intermediate to advanced)

Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon/Pune

Qualifications:

— 2-6 years of relevant experience in a business consulting / business analysis role, preferably in professional services environment / consulting / product development with healthcare exposure.

— Excellent communication skills (oral and written) & strong interpersonal skills.

— Exposure to healthcare industry is a must (not life sciences)

— Tools usage – MS office suite (mandatory)

Additional Qualifications:

— Process mapping tools (visio / ARIS) preferred

— Project experience at client site

— Flexible to work in timings that overlap with UK business hours

Education & Background

  • Education engineering plus MBA / MBBS or BDS plus MBA
