Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Acquisition Manager - CASA Branch Banking. The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to acquiring new customers, Selling Current Account Savings Account and Fixed Deposit, managing branch banking operations, promoting digital banking services, and exploring traditional banking channels. The role requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Qualifications
  • Experience in sales and customer acquisition in the banking industry
  • Knowledge of CASA (Current Account, Savings Account) products
  • Ability to promote and sell digital banking services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage branch banking operations
  • Knowledge of traditional banking channels
  • Experience in the microfinance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
