ACS skill set:

· The technician should have prior knowledge of installation and configuration of Access Control System (Controllers, Readers, Biometric readers, EM Locks etc)

· Must have experience in troubleshooting of Access controller’s other hardware components.

· Working knowledge of Access Control Software – Adding controllers to software and able to configure all the parameters.

· Responsible for checking all the ACS controllers status to ensure that; All ACS controllers are online /working properly.

· Responsible for adding/removing/disabling /Enabling Access Cards as per the requirement.

· Assigning of Access rights to individual as per the approved/selected areas.

· Enabling/Disabling Antipas back for specified areas.

· Perform routine ACS maintenance services according to preventive maintenance check list

· Working knowledge of windows 8, 10 and server 2012, 2016 or latest version.

· Working knowledge on networking LAN, TCP/IP.

CCTV Technician skill set:

· The technician should have prior knowledge of installation and configuration of IP CCTV systems.

· Must have experience in troubleshooting of IP Dome, Bullet and PTZ cameras, NVRs, peripherals and other hardware components.

· Must have experience in troubleshooting of IP cameras connected through fiber cables, media converters, etc. for communication.

· Provide technical support to end users covering all software and hardware related issues.

· Working knowledge of CCTV VMS Software configuration and troubleshooting (preferred Genetec CCTV Software – Server Based)

· Responsible for checking all the cameras status to ensure that; All cameras are working properly, All cameras are recording data is stored without any issue.

· Responsible for solve any problems appear during monitoring CCTV cameras.

· Responsible for implement any required modification from the client (add/remove/disable camera…).

· Perform routine CCTV maintenance services according to preventive maintenance check list

· Working knowledge of windows 8, 10 and server 2012, 2016 or latest version.

· Working knowledge on networking LAN, TCP/IP & RJ-45 connectors crimping.
