INDUSTRY- Consultancy

Position- Administration Cum Front Desk

Location- Ahmedabad (Thaltej)

Experience- 3 to 5 Years

Qualification- Graduate

Salary- Up to 3.6LPA (Depending upon experience and interview performance)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise housekeeping staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Monitor Office / Pantry cleanliness
  • Manage reception area
  • Manage office administration of PAN India offices & safeguard of office properties
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/hotel bookings etc. for the management & other staff members
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence at company reception area and redirect when required
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
  • Manage Courier & Postage of the company Documents & Maintain Complete MIS
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary, submit timely reports and prepare presentations / proposals as assigned
  • Internal Coordination with HO and Other Brach Office Employees for Stationary Stock and maintain MIS
  • Monitor and reduce stationary wastage and unnecessary cost of administration
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Advertisement Publication work
  • Initiative to take new Responsibilities
