Your role

Are you an enthusiastic technology professional? Are you excited about seeking an enriching career; working for one of finest financial institutions in world? If so, you are the right person for this role. We are looking for someone who can :
  • drive agile team as the Scrum Master for Agile teams
  • drive Scrum, Built-in Quality, Kanban and Agile@UBS principles and practices in multiple Agile teams
  • drive iteration execution by facilitating team events (e.g., backlog refinement, team planning, team sync, team review and demo, retrospective)
  • coordinate all operational readiness (business, technical, and operational) activities throughout the lifecycle of projects, including change management activities to support readiness
  • highly effective at removing blockers and working with cross functional and shared services teams to enable improved delivery models

Your team

You will be part of Comms and Branding IT team, cutting across horizontally and working with other C&B IT verticals.

You’ll be working in the Employee experience team and focusing on delivering the next generation platform for C&B.

We are a fast paced, highly motivated, delivery focused but friendly team, present in 8 cities in 6 countries covering US, Europe and Asia Pacific. Our job is to create and deliver innovative solutions for business problems whilst maintaining a complex and multifaceted platform.

Your expertise

5 to 7yrs Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a Scrum team
  • experience using JIRA, DevOps, and GitLab
  • able to manage executive level communications and ability to synthesize information required
  • comfortable with ambiguity, open to change, working in a fast-paced and fluid environment
  • ability to interact with all levels including key stakeholders and influence decision-making beyond area of responsibility
  • good to have Scrum Master certification
