• ALM Leader ALM & DevOps
• Years of experience: 10+ years
• Experience in application lifecycle management (e.g. Integrity, DOORS, DNG, Polarion, Micro Focus)
• Multiple years experience in cloud applications, cloud platform and DevOps are required.
• Team lead capabilities and experience required.
• Experience on MBE and MBSE, Strong Domain focus.
• Multiple years’ experience in ALM applications and processes desirable.
• ALM Server Admin, database, ALM user access management, ALM Customizations, ALM/any testing tool implementation, Query building knowledge and ALM project template creation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experience in developing and evolving enterprise information environments through the practical application of systems architecting and systems engineering best practices
• Proficient in the use of multiple architecture frameworks, tools, and methodologies
• Proficient is the use of systems modeling languages, methods, and tools
• Ability to identify and implement model-based architecture and engineering methods and standards
• Experience building systems models, conducting analysis, and providing recommendations within a team environment on multiple projects
• Experience applying modeling, analysis, and design activities to support planning and decision-making to improve / transform a system / system-of-systems environment
• Demonstrated experience in use of Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and systems modeling methods, such as Object-Oriented Systems Engineering Method (OOSEM)
• Demonstrated experience with at least one system modeling tool: (preferred) NoMagic, MagicDraw or IBM Rational Rhapsody; others considered if applicable
• Experience reporting on capabilities and options through the lens of architecture and engineering analysis delivered in a standardized way through model-based approaches
• Act as visionary to proactively assist in defining the direction for future IT Products & Services and validates product designs.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes (Requirement Management, Test Management, DevOps, etc) and tools.
• Responsible for understanding Requirements engineering business needs and identifying how best to meet those needs. This includes closely working with business and technology areas to support with its service delivery.
• Consults and supports the implementation of new or changed services for increased business productivity, including the discussion, analysis and acceptance of demand and supporting the planning for the development and implementation of service changes
• Conduct complex technical evaluation and suggest proposed physical architectures along with detailed design.
• Technical management of the MBSE environments (tools & services) to define and setup, including support to project preparation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling up to project closure.
• Participates in all phases of the systems development lifecycle including research and design, development, testing, implementation, and support
• Capture and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support to the models definition, including solution patterns, to guide solution decisions. Follow the defined policies, standards and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation and use of Information Technology within the organization.
• Analyze existing and new processes in discussion with different engineering teams
• Manage the Vertical Tool Integration with ALM Platforms and Tools
• Integrate MBSE artifacts into ALM
• Manage the development and implementation of Supplier Collaboration Portal, handshake between ALM and Supplier Tools using interface applications
• Coach engineering teams on ALM platform and tools
• Serve as a liaison between ICT, Engineering, Product Development stakeholders and end users.
• Manage all activities related to ALM environment including planning, deployment, user acceptance testing and final production deployment
• Agile work in cross-functional teams on solution design and in all subsequent phases of successful implementation for our customers
• Experience working based on a Lean / Agile / SaFe methodology is beneficial.
• Expertise with ALM, MBSE, MBSW artifacts including requirements, architecture models, engineering models, software development artifacts
• Specializing in data integration solutions with a goal to ease and accelerate collaboration processes
• Strong experience to atleast one of the major ALM tools like PTC Integrity, IBM ELM or Polarion. Apart from this exposure to new tools like Code Beamer, Capella and others.
• Knowledge and understanding of reference architectures and their use

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or Engineering or comparable practical experience
• Experience in IT consulting including presentation techniques as well as guidance and control of development teams
• Experience in application lifecycle management (e.g. Integrity, DOORS, Polarion, Micro Focus)
• Good to have experience in heavy system engineering markets using MBE and MBSE concepts
• Ability to perform requirements analysis and translate customer high level requirements or inputs into system and derived requirements, create systems solutions, and conceptual designs
• Experience applying systems engineering on medium, large, complex programs in, requirements analysis / management, interface management, system architecture definition, integration / verification / validation planning and execution
• Independent and goal-oriented way of working as well as pronounced service orientation
• Ideally knowledge / experience:
• Software architect, consultant, or technical project manager
• Systems engineering, change management & requirements management
• Software development process
• Web technologies (e.g. JSON, REST, ...)
• Common programming languages (e.g. Java) and database systems
• Deep MBSE and MBE knowledge
• Experience validating models
• Direct knowledge with industry system and software standards eg MIL, IEEE or IEC
