Apollo Tele Health is hiring Full Time Quality & Training - AM/Manager

Job Location:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Planning, organizing and implementation of training of Staff Nurse/ANM, Medical officers, Project manager, field executives, Paramedics and Lab Technician in the centres.
Conducting periodic training and assessment and upskilling the staff as per the given protocols.
Coordinate with the hubs for synchrony of the training in both the hubs.
Continuous evaluation of trainings for the staff and generating training needs.
Good understanding of Clinical Processes & National Programs
Responsible to conduct audits at all the centers
To ensure quality is being followed as per the standard protocols.
To observe and address field-based necessities & achieve closure for the same

Education: B Sc Nursing/M Sc Nursing/GNM/MBBS/M Sc counselling/BHMS/BAMS/Allied Medical Branches
