We are looking for associates who are fluent in Arabic and English Languages and will be instrumental in helping us onboard and in monitoring the performance of hosts/agencies in Live Audio Club Rooms (Chatrooms) and ideating chatroom topics for discussion for the specific lingual group. Your core responsibility will be to drive regular communication with our host and agency community and will be actively involved in increasing their engagement on our platform.Responsibilities
  • Acquire an understanding and share the Clubs (Chatroom) content needs and ensure that the hosts (creators) follow the content demands shared with them. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with our hosts and agencies.
  • Running unique and interesting campaigns to keep the creator (Host) community engaged.
  • Onboard New Hosts and Agencies on our platform from other similar platforms.
  • Weekly training and meet-ups with the onboarded hosts and agencies around their performance and around the upcoming events and campaigns and in setting up the expectation.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by the hosts/agencies promptly and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Requirements
  • All round (Read, Write and Speak) proficiency in Arabic and English Language.
  • Will have a deep interest in Local Middle Eastern Culture, trends, and news and will be able to identify needs and requirements to ensure deeper engagement and reach with the Hosts and Agencies
  • Good understanding of regional (MENA - Middle East and North Africa) social media platforms and especially knowledge and know-how about the live audio platforms from the Middle East - Strong ability to work independently.
  • Discipline and rigour to ensure day-to-day tasks are closed with no lags
  • Attention to detail - Most importantly strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude or
  • building relationships with strategic users
