Job Overview: As a Pest Control Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and activities of multiple pest control teams within a designated geographic area. Your primary goal is to ensure efficient pest management services while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and complying with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:Recruit, train, and supervise a team of pest control technicians within the assigned area.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team, ensuring they meet performance targets and maintain quality service delivery.

Operations Oversight:Plan, schedule, and coordinate pest control services for clients in the area.
Monitor and manage work orders, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to service agreements.
Maintain accurate records of pest control activities and generate reports for senior management.

Customer Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys and implement improvement measures based on feedback.

Quality Assurance:Ensure that all pest control activities adhere to industry standards, safety protocols, and local regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of pest management practices.

Budget and Resource Management:Monitor and manage the budget for the pest control operations in the area.
Optimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize productivity and minimize costs.

Training and Development:Identify training needs for the pest control team and organize relevant training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Stay updated with industry trends, new pest control techniques, and emerging technologies.

Compliance:Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as environmental and pest control industry laws.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in pest control management or a related field, with a strong understanding of pest control techniques and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and lead a team effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of relevant local and federal regulations related to pest control.
  • Proficiency in using computer software for record-keeping, scheduling, and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹280,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
