Job Description :

Embark on an exciting career journey with AIMIL PHARMACEUTICALS as an Area Sales Manager for Mumbai. We seek a dynamic professional with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Pharma Sales. As an integral part of our team, you will lead a group of 5-6 sales representatives, drive sales initiatives, and achieve set targets. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding goals. Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Maintaining and increasing sales of company’s products
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets
  • Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Looking after and ensuring all payments are received timely from the customers.

Qualification :

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales, candidates with Pharma Sales background will be preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)
