General Purpose:-
To develop, establish and maintain sales strategies to meet organizational sales objectives.
- Formulate annual and monthly sales plan and implement sales strategy.
- Monitor market trends to identify business opportunities.
- Oversee collection of payment, manage debtors and customer claims.
- Oversee all customer feedback in order to enhance customer service.
- Review and evaluate activities and achievements of all sales staff.
- Conduct training for sales staff.
Main Responsibilities:-
- Managing team of MR Responsible for the sales .
- Management Products & target achievement, CRM management, Development of BEs.
- Business generation through effective marketing strategy.
- Motivation and guidance to team members for better performance.
Desired Candidate’s Profile:-
Qualification:-Minimum graduate (preferably science).
Experience:-Minimum of 6-7 years experience in sales as medical representative and 2-3 years as first line manager in a reputed company Wound care companies, Clinics, Hospitals.
Overview:- Responsible for guiding and motivating a team of medical representatives to undertake all sales activities of the company.
