General Purpose:-


To develop, establish and maintain sales strategies to meet organizational sales objectives.


  • Formulate annual and monthly sales plan and implement sales strategy.
  • Monitor market trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Oversee collection of payment, manage debtors and customer claims.
  • Oversee all customer feedback in order to enhance customer service.
  • Review and evaluate activities and achievements of all sales staff.
  • Conduct training for sales staff.

Main Responsibilities:-


  • Managing team of MR Responsible for the sales .
  • Management Products & target achievement, CRM management, Development of BEs.
  • Business generation through effective marketing strategy.
  • Motivation and guidance to team members for better performance.

Desired Candidate’s Profile:-


Qualification:-Minimum graduate (preferably science).

Experience:-Minimum of 6-7 years experience in sales as medical representative and 2-3 years as first line manager in a reputed company Wound care companies, Clinics, Hospitals.

Overview:- Responsible for guiding and motivating a team of medical representatives to undertake all sales activities of the company.
