Here at Sky High Enterprises (Patna, Bihar) we are looking to hire an Area Sales Manager for Patna HQfor its Herbal Mosquito Repellent Division , where the area of operation will be entire Bihar.

Typically, your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Should have working experience in the similar geography for atleast 4 years.
  • Should have minimum 6 years of experience in FMCG/FMCD/CPG industry . specifically in channel sales and management.
  • Having experience in product launching and home care industry will be a plus.
  • Candidate should be have a good sales and distribution network FMCG sector under similar geography.
  • Making sure that those set of candidates who have yet not worked in FMCG industry won’t be preferred for the above job role.
  • Should have a strong understanding of the geography.
  • Maintaining and increasing sales of your company’s products
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
  • Servicing the needs of your existing customers
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
  • Recruiting and training sales staff
  • Having the experience to launch a new product will be a plus.
  • Allocating areas to sales representatives
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets
  • Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures
  • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Reporting to senior managers
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Should be willing to manage multiple stake holders

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
