Channel Sales operation

Sales Operations Primary & Secondary Sales

WOD expansion

Process & Hygiene adherence

Stock Requirement Forecasting


  • Daily planning for Primary, Secondary & WOD.
  • Plan to achieve Distributor wise targets with higher LPD and LPRD in market.
  • Data Analysis for finding new strategies and to increase Primary and Secondary sales.
  • Regular meetings with Distributors to solve their issues which builds trust.
  • Responsible to maintain system hygiene for Channel Partners.
  • Cascading of new Offers & Schemes (Trade push & Trade pull)
  • Ensure timely settlement of schemes, and payouts to channel partners.
  • Ensure visibility and availability of our products.
  • Ensure Range selling.
  • Meet Primary, Secondary and WOD targets in assigned area.
  • Ensure account reconciliation of Channel on monthly basis.
  • Identify new market segments and propose new territory launch.
  • Close tracking of competitor activities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience OR Post Graduate with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Accessories, Smart Accessories, Wearables Biz.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter, driven by results.
  • Proactive, can work under pressure.
  • Proven selling skills at major key accounts.
  • Tactful and assertive in handling channel partners
  • Positive attitude for getting things done with a minimal supervision.
  • Ability to build strong and effective working relationships with customers, colleagues & team.
  • Should be ready to be mobile & relocate when required.
  • Eye for detail.
