  • Texmo Precision Casting is looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager, Human Resources to be an integral part of our HR team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the management team in various critical HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring HR compliance.
  • Maintain Work Structure: Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions as needed.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Establish a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program. Assist managers in candidate selection. Conduct and analyze exit interviews and recommend necessary changes.
  • Employee On boarding: Prepare employees for assignments by conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Performance Management: Ensure effective planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results. Train managers to coach and discipline employees. Schedule management conferences with employees, handle employee grievances, and provide counselling to employees and supervisors.
  • Employee Benefits Management: Maintain employee benefits programs and keep employees informed of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends.
  • Employee Satisfaction: Conduct Employee Satisfaction surveys and develop action plans for continuous improvement in employee satisfaction and company performance.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable human resource requirements. Conduct investigations, maintain records, and represent the organization as needed.
  • HR Policy Development: Prepare, update, and recommend human resource policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain historical human resource records by designing an efficient filing and retrieval system for past and current records.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with professional and technical knowledge by attending relevant educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Operational Oversight: Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Team Contribution: Contribute to the overall team effort by accomplishing related tasks and collaborating with other departments as needed.
  • Miscellaneous Duties: Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the management.
  • Qualifications:
  • Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in HR roles, with a preference for candidates with experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Legal Compliance: Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and Tamil.
  • Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Problem Solving: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office.
  • Location: Willingness to relocate near Pollachi, Tamil Nadu.
